To complete your booking, we’ll need the following information for each traveller:

• Full name (as shown in their passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport information

If you don’t have passport details at the time of booking, that’s okay — but within 7 days, we’ll require:

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Country of issue / nationality

For the lead passenger (must be 18+), we’ll also need:

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Payment details

• Morning transfers typically take around 2.5 hours from hotel to circuit

• Evening transfers may take 3 hours or more, depending on traffic and local authority restrictions on coach departures

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your digital travel documents, including:

• Your accommodation details

• Ticket dispatch information or e-tickets

• Additional useful information for your stay

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing all submitted details.
Please check this carefully and notify us of any errors within 7 days, especially if names do not exactly match passport details.
Corrections outside this window may incur charges.

• Placeholder names (TBA / TBC) are not accepted and may result in cancellation or a £40 name change fee.

If your selected race tickets become unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative options.

Post-event, you will receive confirmation of the biodiversity cause supported by your £2.50 contribution.

From mid-2025, UK residents travelling to the EU will be required to complete an ETIAS visa waiver.
