For a little extra, you can enhance your race weekend with:

• Saturday qualifying return coach transfers

• Weekend grandstand ticket upgrade (subject to availability)

• 25% deposit due at the time of booking

• 25% payment due on 28th November 2025

• Final balance due on 20th March 2026

Late bookings:

• Bookings made after 28th November 2025 → 50% payment required, with the balance due 20th March 2026

• Bookings made after 20th March 2026 → Full payment required at booking

To complete your booking, we’ll need the following for each traveller:

• Full name (exactly as written on their passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport details

If you don’t have passport details at the time of booking, that’s fine — but within 7 days, you must provide:

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Passport country of issue / nationality

For the lead passenger (18+), we’ll also require:

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Payment details

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your travel documents, including:

• Final accommodation details

• Flight information (if applicable)

• Your race e-ticket or ticket dispatch information

• Any additional useful guidance for your trip

The transfer from Barcelona hotels to Circuit de Catalunya will take around 1 hour, but can sometimes be longer due to traffic conditions entering the circuit. The coach park is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the circuit.

The Fan Zone is packed with food & drink choices.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you book.
Please check all details carefully — especially that names match each passport exactly.

• If anything is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days

• Failing to do so may result in amendment fees

• We cannot accept placeholder names (TBA/TBC). These may be cancelled or charged a £40 amendment fee

If your selected race tickets become unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative ticket options.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
It protects you in the event of unexpected issues, and many policies include cover for lost or stolen personal items.
