For an enhanced race weekend, you can:

Late bookings:

• Within 6 months of travel → 50% payment required immediately, balance due 10th April 2026

• After 10th April 2026 → Full payment taken at booking

To complete your booking, we’ll need the following for each traveller:

• Full name (exactly as written on their passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport details

If you don’t have passport details at the time of booking, that’s fine — but within 7 days, you must provide:

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Passport country of issue / nationality

For the lead passenger (18+), we’ll also require:

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Payment details

• Brussels → Spa: 2.5–3 hours, sometimes longer during heavy traffic

• Liège → Spa: approximately 1 hour shorter

• Coach park: approx. 15 minutes’ walk to the circuit

• Return journeys typically take 3–4.5 hours, depending on congestion

The Fan Zone at Spa offers plenty of food, drink and entertainment throughout the day.

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your digital travel documents, including:

• Final travel details (flights or Eurostar)

• Accommodation confirmation

• Ticket or e-ticket dispatch information

• Additional guidance for your weekend

Please ensure:

• Your passport is in date

• You meet all visa or entry requirements

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you book.
Please check all details carefully — especially that names match each passport exactly.

• If anything is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days

• Failing to do so may result in amendment fees

• We cannot accept placeholder names (TBA/TBC). These may be cancelled or charged a £40 amendment fee

If your selected race tickets become unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative ticket options.

From mid-2025, UK residents travelling to the EU will be required to complete an ETIAS visa waiver.
