Late bookings:

• Bookings made on or after 9th March 2026 → 50% deposit, with the balance due 9th June 2026

To complete your booking, we’ll need the following for each traveller:

• Full name (exactly as written on their passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport details

If you don’t have passport details at the time of booking, that’s fine — but within 7 days, you must provide:

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Passport country of issue / nationality

For the lead passenger (18+), we’ll also require:

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Payment details

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your travel documents, including:

• Final accommodation details

• Flight information (if applicable)

• Your race e-ticket or ticket dispatch information

• Any additional useful guidance for your trip

• Tickets are valid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• A selection of 3-day Grandstand tickets may be available, subject to availability

No travel or transfers are included with this package.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you book.
Please check all details carefully — especially that names match each passport exactly.

• If anything is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days

• Failing to do so may result in amendment fees

• We cannot accept placeholder names (TBA/TBC). These may be cancelled or charged a £40 amendment fee

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
It protects you in the event of unexpected issues, and many policies include cover for lost or stolen personal items.

We can also provide travel insurance quotes to help you choose the right level of protection.

From mid-May 2025, UK residents travelling to the EU will be required to complete an ETIAS visa waiver.
