For a little extra, you can enhance your Monaco Grand Prix experience with:

• Additional luggage added to your chosen flight option

• Race Day ticket upgrades to a grandstand option

• Saturday tickets (General Admission or Grandstand, subject to availability)

• Return train tickets to and from the circuit

• 25% deposit due at the time of booking

• A further 25% payment due 24 weeks before travel

• Final balance due 14 weeks before departure

Late bookings:

• Bookings made within 24 weeks of travel require a 50% payment upfront, with the balance due 14 weeks before departure

• Bookings made within 14 weeks of travel require full payment at the time of booking

We’ll always clearly confirm your payment schedule before finalising your booking.

To complete your booking, we’ll need the following for each traveller:

• Full name (exactly as written on their passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport details

If you don’t have passport details at the time of booking, that’s fine — but within 7 days, you must provide:

• Passport number

• Passport expiry date

• Passport country of issue / nationality

For the lead passenger (18+), we’ll also require:

• Postal address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Payment details

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your travel documents, including:

• Final accommodation details

• Transfer information (where applicable)

• Your e-ticket or ticket dispatch details

• Any additional useful information for your trip

Please note that airport transfers are not included with this package.
However, we’ll contact you closer to the event to see if we can assist with arranging transfers.
Train and tram services run directly from Nice Airport to all hotel locations.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you book.
Please check all details carefully — especially that names match each passport exactly.

• If anything is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days

• Failing to do so may result in amendment fees

• We cannot accept placeholder names (TBA/TBC). These may be cancelled or charged a £40 amendment fee

If your selected race tickets become unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative ticket options.

From mid-2025, UK residents travelling to the EU will be required to complete an ETIAS visa waiver.

• Customers are responsible for completing their own ETIAS application
