Late bookings:
Bookings made within 24 weeks of travel require a 50% payment upfront, with the balance due 14 weeks before departure
Bookings made within 14 weeks of travel require full payment at the time of booking

Around 14 days before the race, you’ll receive your travel documents, including:
Final accommodation details
Transfer information (where applicable)
Your e-ticket or ticket dispatch details
Any additional useful information for your trip
Please note that airport transfers are not included with this package.
However, we’ll contact you closer to the event to see if we can assist with arranging transfers.
Train and tram services run directly from Nice Airport to all hotel locations. -
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you book.
Please check all details carefully — especially that names match each passport exactly.If anything is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days
Failing to do so may result in amendment fees
We cannot accept placeholder names (TBA/TBC). These may be cancelled or charged a £40 amendment fee
If your selected race tickets become unavailable, we will contact you immediately with alternative ticket options.
