The lead guest on the booking must be 18 or over, and we’ll require their postal address, phone number, email address and payment details to secure the reservation.

For most bookings, payments are taken in instalments:

• 25% deposit at the time of booking

• 25% due 24 weeks before travel

• Final balance due 14 weeks before travel

For bookings made within 24 weeks of departure, a 50% deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due 14 weeks before travel.

If you book within 14 weeks of your getaway, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

The EU has announced that from mid-2025, UK residents will be required to complete an EU visa waiver (ETIAS) for travel to EU countries. The waiver is expected to last up to three years and cost approximately €7.00.
